Major ions and irrigation water quality assessment of the Nepalese Himalayan rivers
Water quality of the Himalayan rivers for irrigation were analyzed in Dudh Koshi, Indrawati, Gandaki and Bagmati rivers through the measurement of major ions. Anthropogenic impacts through urbanization are seen in irrigation water quality, particularly in Kathmandu valley.
